Why This Role Matters
As a TaaS Control Tower Analyst with Portuguese, you help keep Goodyear’s connected fleets running smoothly. By monitoring alerts, coordinating services, and supporting daily operations, you ensure efficient workflows, quality service, and a strong customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor fleet alerts and service workflows within the GMC platform
- Coordinate with fleets and service partners to confirm actions
- Approve or reject service jobs based on data accuracy
- Plan and manage vehicle availability for scheduled services
- Follow up on delayed or incomplete jobs with service providers
- Arrange breakdown and roadside assistance with internal/external teams
- Provide L1 technical support and remote diagnostics for telematics units
