We value diverse perspectives and look forward to welcoming you to our collaborative and motivated team.What you will do:Analyze procurement markets and independently lead negotiations with suppliersManage RfX processes, including bidder selection, evaluation, and communication throughout the processFinalize contracts and manage their implementation in procurement systems such as SAP, including purchase order creation and administrationMonitor delivery schedules, manage reminders, and handle returns and claimsReview and optimize service contracts to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with procurement guidelinesCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support efficient and cost-effective procurement processesWhat you bring & who you are:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in procurement, business administration, or a related fieldExperience in operational procurement and strong knowledge of P2P and RfX processesConfident user of procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or Ivalua, as well as MS OfficeStrong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindsetIdeally, certifications in procurement processes such as CIPS Level 2 or 3Very good German and English language skillsEven if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
