We are currently searching for a Junior Buyer (1-3 year experience) to join our Tactical Purchasing team in Bucharest. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to develop your procurement skills, and to progress to more senior levels within the organization.
How you will contribute

• Efficient and pragmatic execution of supplier selection procedures;
• Ensure data protection by implementing non-disclosure agreements before tender submission;
• Run electronic supplier selection procedures for electronic auctioning and/or electronic tendering;
• Professional collaboration with supplier in order to obtain the best deal based on TCO/QCD;
• Negotiation, preparation and finalization of contracts/agreements with legal help and support;
• Active management of assigned contracts, including tracking of expiring contracts and initiating re-negotiations prior to expiration;
• Proactive development and maintenance of supplier catalogues in accordance with customer needs and sourcing strategies;
• Intensive cooperation with Sourcing Expert to follow and pragmatically execute sourcing strategies.
