By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, full on site from our office in Bucharest for the first 6 months of activity or fully remote if you are from another location from Romania.
After this period, the working model will be hybrid for Bucharest office.
How you’ll make an impact:
Solves situations related to policies and holders /clients/ third party providers/collaborators queries with the help of specific recruitment procedures;
Ensures the accuracy of the documents processed according to the norms / objectives set by the direct manager/ client;
Update processes and procedures reflecting the acknowledged changes;
Develops good client relationships and raises in time the risks related to client management / satisfaction / accuracy/ service level agreements etc;
Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results;
Proactively performing preventive quality controls and taking corrective actions when errors occur.
Skills that make your work successful:
You have B2 German & English language skills;
Bachelor’s degree/ High school degree;
1-2 years previous experience in the HR area;
Negotiation skills;
You communicate easily;
You are a team-player;
You can solve urgent matters.
