Your leadership will ensure that talent becomes a true driver of growth, with stronger alignment to business needs, consistent execution, and a lasting step-change in how we hire.WHAT YOU’LL DOLead and Develop a High-Performing TA TeamInspire, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Senior Talent Acquisition Partners.Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.Drive team performance through regular feedback, development planning, and capability building.Deliver Exceptional Recruitment OutcomesLead end-to-end recruitment for senior, strategic, and high-impact positions.Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.Ensure proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and robust assessment processes are consistently applied.Drive an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.Strengthen Hiring Capability and Recruitment ExcellencePartner with business and People & Culture leaders to enhance hiring manager capability in interviewing, assessment, and talent attraction.Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, data-driven, and effectively managed through the ATS.Use hiring insights and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous enhancement of recruitment practices.WHAT YOU’LL BRINGUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years of managing a recruitment team.Proven experience recruiting for senior leadership, specialist, or business-critical roles within an FMCG or multinational environment.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment expertise.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.Experience coaching teams and developing recruitment capability.A data-driven mindset with a focus on process excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.Fluent English communication skills; additional local language skills are an advantage.ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAMWe are Coca-Cola HBC, a growth-driven consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company.
