Job Description:

Leading and developing the Talent Acquisition team by fostering a continuous culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance, while mentoring recruiters to achieve their full potential;

Managing daily recruiting operations by monitoring real-time KPIs (including Time-to-Hire, Candidate Satisfaction, and Funnel Conversion) to ensure peak operational efficiency and data-driven results;

Acting as a high-level strategic partner to advise HQ leaders and department heads on tailored talent acquisition strategies across all organizational levels, from early-career "Youngstars" to senior industry experts;

Driving the rollout of standardized processes by operating as the primary owner for the implementation and optimization of global recruiting workflows and advanced ATS tools like SuccessFactors within the local team;

Championing the transition toward AI-supported recruiting by accelerating automation targets and leading the adoption of next-generation tools, AI taskforces, and candidate-facing chatbots;

Overseeing digital contract management and the candidate journey to ensure total compliance with international standards while delivering a seamless, premium, and unique experience from first contact to onboarding.

Required:

Several years of proven experience in a similar role;

Solid track record of working with corporate-led standardized processes and leveraging analytics dashboards to keep service levels right on track;

Exceptional communication skills with a fluent command of English (German advantage);

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field;

Leadership style that blends high-performance expectations with empathy and a highly supportive team approach.
