You need to be comfortable interviewing and communicating with international candidates on a daily basis.You should be:Strong and comfortable with LinkedIn sourcingConfident speaking with engineers, specialists and senior professionalsCurious and able to understand complex technical rolesPersistent, organized and comfortable with targetsA quick learner with a problem-solving mindsetAmbitious and motivated by performance and earning potentialCompensation & What We OfferBase salary: €700–€1,400/month, depending on experience and location.On top of your base salary, you can earn €2,500–€9,000 in commission per successful recruitment, depending on the assignment and your contribution to the placement.You will have the opportunity to work on multiple roles at the same time.
