The Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about connecting top tech talent with meaningful roles. In this 2-year role, you will be part of our European TA function and work closely with hiring managers, project teams, and business stakeholders. You will own full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of IT roles—from developers and QA engineers to DevOps, cloud specialists, architects, analysts, and PMs.
This is a position for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to balance speed with quality. You will shape the candidate experience, build long-term talent pipelines, and play an important role in strengthening our presence on the tech talent market.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end—sourcing, engaging, interviewing, and closing candidates—while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey from first contact to offer.
A large part of your role will be proactive: building and maintaining talent pipelines, exploring new sourcing strategies, and staying connected to trends in the tech hiring landscape.
You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the context behind each role, set expectations, and ensure efficient and transparent communication. You will also maintain a strong online presence, promote opportunities across platforms, and expand your network within the IT community.
In addition, you will contribute to strengthening our employer brand by partnering with internal teams on content, social media visibility, and initiatives that support our presence in the tech talent market.
You will also handle background checks, ensuring all pre-employment verifications are completed accurately and efficiently.
As part of our commitment to employee engagement, you will act as a buddy for new hires and existing employees—checking in a few times per year, or as needed, to see how they are settling in, provide guidance, and ensure they have the support they need.
Because things move quickly here, your ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work under time pressure will be key to your success.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally across a variety of technical roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to building and maintaining pipelines.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards, even when timelines are tight.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
• Comfortable working independently, while staying aligned with the wider TA team.
• Confident in English, able to communicate naturally with candidates and colleagues across Europe.
