We're looking for a proactive, result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end hiring and build strong talent pipelines across technical, operations, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle-from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding
• Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Write compelling job descriptions and publish openings across hiring platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to asses skills, communication, and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Partner with business leader to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and drive timely closures
• Maintain ATS records, interview feedback, and hiring reports
• Track KPIs: Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Effectiveness
• Support employer branding on LinkedIn and other platforms

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals (eJobs, BestJobs, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Experience hiring for Tech, Operations, Logistics, or Commercial roles preferred
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup, marketplace, or delivery/tech company
• Strong networking and headhunting capabilities
