Tasks

• Validating VAT input and preparing documentation
• Assisting in the preparation of tax calculations for the annual financial statements
• Calculating monthly wage tax, particularly for non-cash remuneration values
• Evaluating permanent establishments and job codes; reviewing monthly tax account overviews
• Creating and administering intercompany contracts and transfer pricing documentation
• Preparing and reviewing process documentation
• Performing regular and ad-hoc reports
• Carrying out administrative tasks: organizing meetings, setting agendas, drafting summaries and presentations
• Managing Tax ICS tasks: preparation of ToE, ToD, presentations, appointments, and revision of guidelines
• Tracking donation receipts and preparing related documentation
• Assisting with the preparation of tax returns
• Reviewing monthly tax account overviews and validating tax postings for Corporate and Trade Tax
  

Qualifications

• Degree with a focus on Accounting, Economics or similar studies
• Expertise in Tax related activities for minimum 2 years
• Proactive, hands-on mentality to contribute to different implementation initiatives and digitalisation of processes.
• Passion for working with data analysis
• Flexibility and the ability to work both, independently and in a team
• Structured working methodologies with high affinity for data, high commitment to deadlines
• Excel intermediate level, confident user of SAP- FICo
• Microsoft office suite in general with focus in Excel and PowerPoint for Management Summaries
• Evaluation skills and analytical thinking.

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English (B2)
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
