We are looking for a strong technical leader who combines deep Salesforce expertise with people leadership and a passion for building high-performing teams.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLead and mentor a team of 24 Salesforce professionals, including Salesforce Developers, Salesforce Architects, MuleSoft Developers, Marketing Cloud Experts, Sales Cloud Specialists, Consultants, and Salesforce Administrators.Drive collaboration, growth, performance, and wellbeing across the entire team.Ensure effective resource planning, workload distribution, and prioritization together with Product Owners and Project Managers.Act as the technical leader for a portfolio of 5 Salesforce products serving multiple customers and markets.Work closely with Rollout Teams and Market Care Teams to ensure successful implementations, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Define and drive technical strategy, architecture standards, and best practices across all Salesforce platforms. Support solution design and architecture decisions for Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft integrations, platform services, and custom developments.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with delivery teams, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern Salesforce capabilities.Ensure stable operations, quality standards, security compliance, and timely delivery across all products and initiatives.Represent the team in management and steering meetings and act as the escalation point for technical and organizational topics.YOUR PROFILEMinimum 5 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.Several years of experience as Salesforce Architect, Senior Salesforce Consultant, Technical Lead, or a comparable senior leadership role.Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and enterprise solution design.Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations, APIs, and Salesforce platform capabilities.Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.Proven experience leading larger development and consulting teams in international environments.Strong understanding of Agile delivery models, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering principles.Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product organizations, and customer-facing teams.Fluent English skills (spoken and written).Soft SkillsStrong leadership and people management capabilities.Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to align technical teams with business objectives.Strong decision-making, conflict-resolution, and coaching skills.Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about driving innovation.What we offer Challenging and innovative Salesforce environment.
