Job objective:
The Online Supplier Campaign Manager is responsible for driving incremental online sales through the development and execution of supplier-funded marketing initiatives and co-op advertising programs. The role manages supplier partnerships, coordinates omnichannel marketing activities, supports key product launches, optimizes campaign performance, and contributes to the growth of Douglas' e-commerce business across the cluster.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement co-op advertising packages and supplier marketing campaigns with multiple beauty brands.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate marketing activities to achieve commercial objectives.
- Coordinate online campaigns, website placements, newsletters, gift-with-purchase (GWP) initiatives, and other promotional activities.
- Align campaign plans with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, CRM, Retail Media, Category Management, and Sales Activation teams.
- Drive online activation and performance of corporate and partner brands.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate the creation and execution of promotional materials, sample campaigns, and parcel inserts.
- Support process improvements and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of supplier marketing activities.
- Prepare reports and performance analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
Our requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, brand management, media, or supplier marketing.
- Previous experience in an advertising agency environment or as a Brand Manager within the Beauty Industry will be considered a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of Performance Marketing channels and KPIs (paid media, conversion optimization, customer acquisition, ROAS, etc.).
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods industries is considered an advantage.
