to join our tech gurus, network designers, cybersecurity experts, software developers and IT
managers. You will have the opportunity to work with dedicated IT (Security) professionals and

YOUR IMPACT
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a team
responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining critical IT infrastructure. This role requires
a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of IT operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization's technology systems.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Team Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of technical operations specialists, and build a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure staffing coverage, succession planning, and interview/hire NOC talent.
- Assign tasks, performance reviews, 1:1s, skills matrices, and development plans.
Operations & Incident Management:
- Monitor and manage the performance of critical IT infrastructure, including servers, networks,
and applications.
- Triage, prioritize, and manage incidents through resolution; ensure accurate severity assignment.
- Own major incident bridges (war rooms), lead rapid mitigation, and coordinate SMEs and
vendors.
- Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks and incident
response.
- Assist in developing and maintaining TOC policies, procedures, and tools.
Availability, Performance & Reliability
- Ensure adherence to SLAs/OLAs (MTTA, MTTR, uptime, ticket response/resolution).
- Optimize alerting (deduplication, thresholds, noise reduction) and runbook quality.
- Track capacity/utilization and highlight risk to service health and performance.
- Partner with Engineering/Dev/Cyber teams on resilience, change readiness, and release
windows.
Process & Quality
- Own TOC SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base, create new ones and update existing.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA), corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and problem
management.
- Improve ticket hygiene (categorization, priorities, documentation, closure codes).
- Manage relationships with external service providers and vendors.
- Establish KPI dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly service reports.
Tooling & Automation
- Evaluate and improve monitoring stacks, event correlation, and observability coverage.
- Prioritize automation with focus on AI advantages.
- Maintain integrations with ITSM/ESM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
YOUR SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Mandatory:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in IT operations, including experience in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and
storage systems.
- Proficiency in monitoring and management tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, SolarWinds).
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing/switching, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, proxies.
- Linux/Windows fundamentals.
- Cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Observability and incident tooling; ITSM workflows.
- Experience with incident management frameworks and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Preferred:
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation, CCNA/CCNP, AWS/Azure, CompTIA Network+/Security+.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 19:00/12:00 – 21:00 (1 hour lunch break)
