Descriere:

Organize and coordinate the activities of the accounting department and ensure compliance with internal work rules and procedures.
Monitor and verify monthly accounting records to ensure they are recorded in accordance with internal procedures, complying with applicable legislation and monthly closing deadlines.
Check the recording of tangible and intangible assets, taking into account the classifications in force and the related cost centers; Ensures the reconciliation of balances relating to intangible and tangible assets, depreciation, and wear and tear of inventory items in SAP with the fixed assets module.
Check accounting records relating to stocks: goods receipts, recording of goods issues of any kind, ensures reconciliation of goods stocks in SAP with the management system.
Monthly verify the cash balances, receivables and payables, expenses and revenues, and the correlations necessary for monthly closing.
Ensure the monthly/annual closing of financial and accounting operations in accordance with the legal provisions in force and within the specified deadlines.
Verify merchandise sales revenue, sales and purchase journals, verify and post provisions for monthly and annual closings.
Prepare monthly IFRS and GAAP trial balances, examine account turnover and the composition of asset and liability account balances.
Prepare half-yearly/annual IFRS and GAAP financial statements in accordance with existing internal procedures.
Prepare and submit all tax returns on the ANAF website: 100/101/205/300/390/394/405/710, SAF-T, following validation by the Financial Director
Report to tax/local authorities financial statements.
