• Organize the work schedule for the team under your supervision.
• Monitor and assess both the qualitative and quantitative performance of team agents.
• Motivate and develop team members.
• Prepare specific Call Center reports.
• Implement work strategies for the Call Center.
• Identify and propose solutions for improving and streamlining the debt collection process.
• Ensure the team has the necessary resources to perform their tasks effectively.
• Set team and individual work objectives aligned with the organization’s strategy.
• Establish performance standards and ensure clear communication to help each team member meet these standards.
• Allocate, distribute, and evaluate tasks within the team.
