Programul de lucru : 3 schimburi (06:00 - 14:00; 14:00 - 22:00, 22:00 - 06:00; ) de

Luni pana Duminica, 5 zile cu 2 libere, 8 ore / zi.

CEVA Logistics is looking for a candidate for the position of:

Warehouse Team Leader

Purpose of the role:

• Organization and coordination of the team work (forklift drivers, handlers,

• admins).

• Supervising the implementation of the plan admissions/shipments according to customer requirements.

• Induction and training for new employees.

• Supervision of work in accordance with the HSE and safety and fire protection principles.

• Completing the records of working time of team members.

• Management of the technical infrastructure of the warehouse.

• Systems operation for WMS and TMS.

• Continous employee evaluation.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Team management skills and good communication skills.

• Experience in working in a warehouse (as a leader, foreman).

• Minimum secondary education.

• Knowledge of health and safety / fire protection regulations and the basics of labour law.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Knowledge of WMS systems.

• Ability to work under time pressure readiness to work in a shifts.

• Communicative English.

• UDT Forklift certification required.
