As team leader dispatch you are end-responsible for the dispatch department. You maintain anoverview over all tasks. You achieve fast identification of deviations in the execution and adjustaccordingly. You achieve the highest production possible whilst maintaining quality. You areresponsible for on-time informing of all stakeholders. You are hands-on involved in all tasks.ResponsibilitiesThe activities include:• Control the assigning of trucks to trips and control deviations in the order execution• Control trip instructions for drivers• Control the desired production level on a weekly basis and adjust capacity accordingly• Control driving and rest times, eliminating production loss and complying with law• Dispatcher recruitment, training and evaluation• Communicate with all involved stakeholdersQualifications• A completed education at high school or university level or equivalent experience level• At least 2 years experience with transport dispatching and general cargo transport• Experience in leadership• Knowledge of transport documents and knowledge of driving and rest times• Responsible, committed and stable person with a hands-on mentality• Ability to work independently, pro-active and quick decision maker• Pragmatic, able to get to the core of an issue, separating side issues from main issues• No problem working evenings and weekends on rotation• Good control of the English and Romanian language in word and writingThe Company:Timișoara Logistics Solutions (TLS) is an internationally operating trucking company.
