Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for software engineering projects and initiatives.
• Oversee the research, development and implementation of software engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project integration, success, fulfillment and alignment.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance engineering efficiency and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain the quality and safety of software engineering projects.
• Development and growth of team members, empowering them with mentorship and targeted training to ensure their continuous professional advancement and contribution to successful engineering projects.

Your Qualifications:

Required

• University degree in a relevant field.
• +10 years of experience in embedded software development, +5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban development methodologies.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Prefered

• Extensive experience ensuring high standards of reliability and performance in software solutions.
• Familiarity with and personal relationship with the planned team location for effective onsite integration and collaboration.
• Expertise in implementing compliance with industry standards and industry best practices.
