One of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, is looking for a Team Leader to join a dynamic customer service project dedicated to a well-known travel agency.

📍 Location: Craiova

In this role, you will coordinate a team handling inbound customer interactions via phone and chat, ensuring high service quality, team engagement, and achievement of operational KPIs.

What we're looking for:

✔ Previous experience as a Team Leader is an advantage, but we're also open to Senior Customer Support Agents who are ready to take the next step in their career;

✔ Strong leadership potential, communication, and negotiation skills;

✔ Advanced English (written and spoken);

✔ Italian language is considered a strong advantage;

✔ Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and support others;

✔ Experience in customer service or contact center environments.
