Your tasks

• Lead the Operational ICS Team in GBS Set-Up
• Assure that risk and controls in the related End-to-End processes are properly rolled out, maintained and monitored in cooperation with Senior Management and Internal and External Auditors
• Act as first contact for ICS related topics and questions from the supported OMV Group entities
• Raise awareness group wide for the topic ICS and its positive effects
• Support harmonizing, standardizing and integrating internal controls e.g. by further developing the concept of shared service controls within OMVs ICS Tool (SAP Process Control)
• Develop, implement and assure state-of-the-art Processes fort the GBS organization and support effectively maintaining the ICS Quality Assurance System in OMV (in the OMV ICS Tool / SAP Process Control)
• Ensure the data quality in OMVs ICS Toll (SAP Process control)
• Ensure the quality of ICS Spot-Checks performed by the Operational ICS Team
• Support the digitalization strategy of processes and ICS checks
• Raise awareness to ICS quality assurance activities via e.g. ICS assessments on controls, process and others and regular assess (spot checks) the ICS operational effectiveness for all supported fully consolidated group entities
• Report regularly to Senior Management, Executive Board (EB), divisional CFOs and to the whole ICS Community
  

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Industrial Engineering, or another related field
• Relevant professional experience: >7 years
• More than 3 years of leadership experience
• Austrian or international professional or qualification such as StB, WP, ACCA, CPA, DIR, CIA, CISA, CRMA, SRM, SPcM are an advantage; audit related experience of about 6 years
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industrial is an advantage
• Solid know-how and experience in Finance, Controlling and or financial & business End-to-End processes
• Deep Knowledge about Internal Control System and its setup
• Excelent understanding about the main organizational and process related performance levers
• IT system affinity required, especially in SAP Process Control, knowledge of SAP Access Control is an advantage
• Audit, Risk or Compliance background and knowledge of at least 5 years
• Project Management skills
• Excellent Change management and cultural topics knowledge
• Fluency in English, German would be a plus
