Areas of responsibilities 
  Impact on the Business: 
●    Ensure if a compliance referral is required that a conclusion is reached with regard to risk, additional due diligence,
●    Coordinate with management for timely completion of files. Ensure constant feedback is gathered to improve process / quality. Customers / Stakeholders: ●    Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with the Ayvens and regulatory standards including internal policies and practices,
●    Reports control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events, 
●    Liaise with business area as required and provide advice on the requirements and information as necessary,
●    Assist in production and distribution of relevant productivity reports, 
●    Ensure the KYC escalation policies are followed, Leadership & Teamwork:
●    Lead and motivate a team in a challenging environment and assist the team in facilitating greater efficiency and timely production of high quality KYC profiles,
●    Keeping abreast of developments within the financial regulatory environment and proactively educate the team on the same,
●    Work in tandem with the QC team members as well as with SMEs to ensure overall high quality profiles emanating from the team and address quality issues to meet the established performance standards.
Job Requirements 

• 
  
• Strong knowledge of KYC is required; 
  
• Experience in project management is a plus, or at least working in a transformation environment; 
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence a various range and level of stakeholders; 
  
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams; 
  
• Knowledge of Spanish/Italian is a plus; 
  
• Motivation for solving complex problems and results oriented; 
  
• Good organization and planning skills; 
  
• Openness to changes, attention to detail; 
  
• Team spirit, the ability to motivate.
