What you’ll do as a Lead

• Strategic Ownership: Own PPC strategy and execution across Search & Social Ads
• Team Leadership: Act as a Team Lead, coordinating efforts and raising performance standards among other PPC experts.
• Campaign Management: Manage and optimize campaigns with real budgets, clear goals, and full accountability.
• Data Translation: Turn performance data into clear actions and client-facing insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Constantly test, learn, and implement advanced optimization strategies.
• Direct Impact: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns for eCommerce clients, having a direct impact on their growth.

What we’re looking for

• Senior Experience: 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience in an agency or performance-driven environment.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, mentor colleagues, and organize workflows efficiently.
• Independence: Ability to run complex campaigns independently from strategy through to execution and optimization.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical thinking, advanced analytical skills, and a proactive ownership mindset.
• B2B & B2C Expertise: Solid experience with B2C sales-focused campaigns and B2B lead generation.
• Platform Mastery: Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads); knowledge of TikTok or LinkedIn Ads is a strong advantage.
• Technical Tools: Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.
• Communication: Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
