You will directly supervise Java software backend engineers, oversee training and career development for all your team members and address team problems. You will help design, implement and develop various sets of APIs that support multiple business segments in accordance with Garmin's software development methodology.We believe that collaboration leads to the best ideas, and we rely heavily on team interaction. As a role based in Cluj-Napoca, this position will require 5 days in the office each week.
