1-2 years’ experience in People Management–must
Experience in call-center activities it’s a big plus;
English & Romanian level B2+ – must; German level C1+ – must;
Acts with integrity, delivers on commitments, acts transparently in all situations and has others wellbeing as priority;
Constantly inspires others, provides direction and communicates in an assertive and motivating way;
Strives for customer excellence at every touch point and is able to adapt approaches based on customer changing needs and feedback;

Supports other development, pro-actively shares best practices, is able to give honest and constructive feedback;
is open minded and supports peers’ ideas;
Takes risks and timely decisions while taking full ownership and responsibility;
Stays abreast of learning opportunities and is constantly working on own development;
Proficient with MS Office package;
Responsibilities
Monitor, evaluate and meet the quality and productivity level or conduct appropriate improvement initiatives at team level so to consistently meet the targets;
Manage pro-actively and professionally the relationship with BU/ Client;
Implement the company strategy at team level, as cascaded by top-management;
Take decisions and ensure state of art implementation through appropriate change management and building capabilities actions,
Build strong team spirit and maintain high engagement through various initiatives;
Manage team members performance evaluation, constantly provide feedback and coach them for performance, accompany employees in their career development;
Prepare and develop successors at team level;
Take regularly the team pulse through 1-to-1s or team meetings, cascade information in a timely manner and put action plans in place whenever needed;
Ensure employees retention and enhance AES outcome;
Support business growth through participation in clients visits and promote Allianz Partners as preferred employer through leading by example and promoting the company values during career events or any other Employer Branding initiatives.
