We are looking for German-Speaking Team Managers with BPO experience to join our international team in Bucharest. Are you a German speaker with proven experience managing teams in a BPO environment? • Fluency in German & English
• Strong background in BPO operations
• Experience in team management/leadership
• Proven ability to deliver on KPIs, performance, and customer satisfaction

Founded in China, this project is a global leader in consumer electronics and smart devices, such as chargers, power banks, audio products, and smart home technology. The company is known for its innovation, quality, and rapidly expanding product portfolio. Our Bucharest office is located at G8 Office Park, Jiului Street nr 8, and serves as a hub for local operations. The Team Leader role offers the opportunity to guide a dynamic team, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to the project’s growing presence in Romania.

Mandatory requirements:

• Previous experience as a team leader in BPO
• Availability to work full on site is mandatory.
• German- Advanced- minimum C1 level
• Proficient English skills (verbal and written)- B2/C1 level

Other requirements:

• Born Leader: having a strong will and leadership skills. Being a person with strong charisma and excellent presentation skills. Handling tasks and organizing them above all else based on the priority and deadlines.
• Result driven: Having the ability to analyze industrial metrics and to identify and develop plans both individually on emerging issues that impact both the customer and market. Having a strong knowledge of business processes and procedures. To strive for quality as well as operational KPI`s as required by the management.
• Mentor: Transferring wisdom and knowledge and willpower to the team in order to meet their target both individually and team wise in accordance with the business targets.
• IT skills: Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Law-abiding citizen: To respect the company`s rules and regulations regarding the handling of data.
