About The Role
Lead and optimize a high-performing team, ensuring efficiency, engagement, and results. You’ll be responsible for overseeing performance, coaching team members, managing workflows, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
- Accountable for the performance of the team against established KPI's.
- Engage and coach team members, ensuring optimal performance and job satisfaction which includes delivering training, coaching or one-on-one sessions.
- Organize and delegate workloads, while monitoring task execution for accuracy and efficiency.
- Create and update reports to update the company on team and department progress and performance.
- Establish and manage effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization.
- Act as a point of contact for the team, addressing queries and providing necessary authorizations.
- Plan resources for the team/department to meet KPI metrics.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes within the team.
- Accommodate ad-hoc requests from management as required.
About You
Skills & Qualifications:
•Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience as a People Manager or as a Team Leader, or any track record in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Language Proficiency: A good level of English proficiency (C1), to ensure effective communication and comprehension.
Skills:
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the team.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Organizational: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues and implement improvements within the team.
• Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the use of interpretation tools, software, and other relevant technology.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work with both in-office and remote team members.
• Performance Management: Experience in setting and managing KPIs, as well as in coaching and developing team members.
A blend of these qualifications and skills will help ensure that the team leader can effectively manage the people and service, drive performance, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
