About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in banking systems to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, defining technical solutions, and contributing to the implementation and improvement of banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Create and maintain documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases)
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation
• Participate in testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions
• Analyze and optimize existing banking processes
• Support system integrations (APIs, core banking, payment systems)
• Continuously monitor and improve implemented solutions

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst
• Proven experience in the banking or financial sector
• Knowledge of core banking systems and payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT)
• Experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP)
• SQL knowledge (medium level)
• Experience with UML and BPMN
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good command of English

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience with lending or fraud detection systems
