⚙ Your Role & Responsibilities
In this complex role, you will be the "nerve center" for our technical operations:

• Manage and prioritize service interventions based on urgency and client category.
• Assign technicians and dispatch service missions using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Create and manage service orders in SAP, ensuring the accuracy of client and equipment Master Data.
• Handle administrative workflows to enable accurate billing and manage essential documentation for field teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technicians, internal partners, and international clients.
