#VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFutureAbout this Role We are seeking a Technical Delivery professional to manage end-to-end projects and coordinate project management activities across multiple network domains. This role involves overseeing feasibility studies, design and development, testing, and transition to operations, ensuring delivery aligns with VOIS customer requirements for budget, timelines, and quality KPIs. You will contribute to the PM service portfolio and support the expansion of managed services while applying the NSE end-to-end delivery framework.What you will do
- Manage end-to-end projects with a focus on implementation phases, based on VOIS priorities.Coordinate project management activities impacting wider programmes.
- Define and regularly update project plans, ensuring interlock with other milestones.
- Perform risk and issue management to prevent business impact.
- Ensure customer-oriented communication with stakeholders and project teams.
- Formalise and report all projects and PM activities in NSE PM tools.
- Support programme and project managers in tracking budgets and expenses.
- Promote PM managed services through knowledge-sharing and active participation in the DMaaS community.Deliver timely and accurate reporting to prevent roadblocks and ensure SLA compliance for coordinated activities.
Who you are
- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent.Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project management within telecommunications.Strong understanding of network architecture and engineering projects.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and decision-making.Ability to work within virtual teams and interface with multinational clients.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken).Financial acumen and awareness of ICT technology aspects.
