Inviting applications for the role of Advanced Tech Marketing Manager - Manager- English

The Advanced Tech Marketing Manager will be a strategic leader within Genpact’s Marketing Big Bets initiative, with an unwavering focus on elevating Genpact’s profile as a trailblazer in the advanced technology sector.

By fostering collaboration and co-innovation, the Advanced Tech Marketing Manager will play an instrumental role in positioning Genpact as the go-to partner for advanced tech transformation, driving engagement with C-suite leaders, digital-native enterprises, and influential voices shaping the next wave of technological progress.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage the integrated marketing plan for Advanced Tech, overseeing projects from conception to completion to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with leadership, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Management: Manage and enhance the Genpact brand within Advanced Tech, ensuring all marketing communications and materials are consistent, professional, and reinforce our position as a trusted industry leader.
  • Demand Generation & Lead Management: Design and execute Insurance campaigns (events, digital, email, sales enablement, etc.) to generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects through the sales funnel, and support the business development pipeline. Ensure all leads are tracked and managed through the lead management process.
  • Event Management & Execution: Plan and manage industry events and conferences, from strategy and logistics to execution and post-event follow-up, to maximize engagement and ROI. Also, manage the communication and orchestration of all relevant global marketing initiatives including Brand, AI & Advanced Tech, Genpact Next and NextGen events into the Advanced Tech business teams.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement targeted ABM programs for key strategic accounts, creating personalized marketing initiatives to defend and grow revenue with a deliberate and systematic approach to engagement and experiences.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee the development of high-impact, thought leadership content (e.g., whitepapers, blogs, articles, case studies, sales enablement) that address client challenges and showcases our expertise.
  • Joint client marketing and advocacy: Identify and execute joint client marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing & Channel Management: Manage the Advanced Tech social media strategy, website content, and digital presence to engage our target audience, enhance our digital footprint, and support campaign objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the tracking and reporting of the marketing budget for Advanced Tech including planning, forecasting, tracking and analysis.
  • Performance Analytics: Help track and prepare regular reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics to inform future strategy.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and pursue opportunities for joint marketing activations with technology partners, advisors, and industry analysts to amplify reach and drive innovation.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Related years of progressive marketing experience, with relevant years dedicated to advanced technology sectors such as artificial intelligence, data, cloud, or next-generation technology solutions.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for technology-driven organizations or innovation-focused enterprises.
  • Strong track record in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with leadership, sales, and specialized business units to align on marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with demonstrated ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse internal and external audiences.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical discipline.
  • Experience managing brand positioning and reputation within the advanced technology sector for a global or multinational enterprise.
  • Hands-on expertise in event management, demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and the orchestration of joint marketing campaigns with clients and technology partners.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing channels, social media strategy, CRM systems, and marketing automation, with a results-driven approach to campaign analytics and ROI measurement.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including experience managing budgets, tracking marketing metrics, and adapting to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
