As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivery excellence—empowering teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring our products meet both technical and business goals. What you’ll do?

• Focus on Team-Level Activities: Drive execution for strategic projects and team-level initiatives.
• Own the Backlog: Ensure stories are well-defined and ready for development.
• Accountable for Sprint Progress: Track sprint commitments, velocity, and key metrics.
• Lead Scrum Ceremonies: Act as Proxy Scrum Master and facilitate team-level ceremonies.
• Manage Technical Dependencies: Coordinate within the squad with support from the Domain Lead.
• Provide Visibility: Report progress and impediments to the Project Manager.
• Partners Coordination: Own discussions with partners for team-managed deliverables, supported by engineers, Domain Lead, and Domain Architect.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with product strategy.
• Maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical delivery roles preferably in banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience managing technical dependencies and vendor deliverables.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and cloud-based architectures.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
