Role Overview
Oracle Database Product Management is looking for a Technical Program Manager (IC1) to support the development, maintenance, and delivery of technical workshops, training programs, and enablement initiatives across Oracle Database and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Work type: Full-remote (within Romania)
Collaboration type: employment contract, 5-month initial contract with great possibility of extension.

Working schedule: The role requires regular availability during US East Coast business hours, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET. Working schedule will be 16.00 PM–01.00 AM (Romania time zone).
Shifts: 19.00-22.00 late shift paid with 15% additional bonus and 22.00–01.00 night shift paid with 25% additional bonus
In this role, you will help scale Oracle's technical learning experiences for customers, partners, developers, and internal teams by coordinating workshop programs, maintaining technical content, and supporting the delivery of hands-on learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and global stakeholders to ensure workshops remain accurate, high-quality, and aligned with Oracle's product strategy and messaging.
Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
• Experience in program coordination, technical program support, or project execution
• Strong communicator with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office, with ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across regions (US / EMEA / APAC) in cross-functional programs
• Proven ability to manage scheduling, coordination, and alignment of parallel workstreams and sub-projects
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to ensure accuracy and readiness of program assets
• Ability to support executive reporting and leadership updates (status tracking, summaries, program visibility)
• Proactiveness, curiosity, and strong ownership mindset in execution-heavy environments
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken), required for daily interaction with US-based stakeholders
• Support/Execute programs to scale Oracle DB across a global and vibrant community of customers, partners, and developers
• Perform quality checks, improve, and maintain solution level workshops for product management across multiple disciplines
• Assist in the execution of the Workshop Council for Cloud Platform and On-premises workshops
• Deliver and maintain technical training content for customers, partners, and sales
• Develop workshops for the Oracle Database Product Management team that align with standards and corporate messaging
• Provide Level 1 customer support for the Oracle LiveLabs platform
