Technical Project Manager – Online Casino / Software Delivery

At REI Development Services, we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with online casino experience to join our Technology team and lead the delivery of complex software development projects.

This is a role for someone who enjoys challenges, understands how development teams work, and can bring structure, clarity, and ownership in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Product, Development, QA, IT Operations, Compliance, CRM, and Business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong stakeholder alignment.

Experience in the online casino industry and strong understanding of the software development process are mandatory. The candidate should also be proficient in using AI tools to improve productivity, planning, documentation, reporting, and delivery follow-up.

💼 What You'll Bring:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in the online casino industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience delivering complex software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, estimation, development, QA, release, and post-go-live monitoring.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and challenge or clarify development, QA, integration, and release topics.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders (Product, IT, Compliance, CRM, Marketing, Business and external partners) at the same time.
• Proficient in using AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, reporting, planning, and delivery follow-up.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery tracking/reporting tools.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery tracking.
• Ability to identify risks early, escalate clearly, and drive mitigation actions.
• High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and make structured decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have:

• Previous technical background in Development, QA, Business Analysis, or Technical Project Management.
• Good understanding of web technologies, APIs, integrations, CMS, payments, wallet, casino platforms, or back-office systems.
• Experience using AI tools for requirement analysis, Jira ticket preparation, meeting summaries, risk tracking, reporting, and process improvement.
• Experience working with distributed and multicultural teams.
• Experience with regulated online casino markets or compliance-driven delivery.
• Experience with reporting dashboards, delivery KPIs, Gantt tools, or advanced Jira reporting.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.

📋 Your Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned roadmap items, business initiatives, and technical projects.
• Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery actions.
• Coordinate daily with Product, Development, QA, IT Ops, Compliance, CRM, and Business stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements are clear, approved, and properly translated into Jira tickets before development starts.
• Understand technical discussions enough to identify gaps, risks, unclear scope, missing dependencies, or unrealistic timelines.
• Lead estimation and planning sessions with Development and QA teams.
• Maintain accurate Jira status across roadmap items, BAU tasks, bugs, and operational activities.
• Ensure Jira boards reflect the real delivery status and that all team members have visible and up-to-date tasks.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, decisions, and escalations.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, sign-off, go-live coordination, and post-go-live validation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in maintaining delivery discipline.
• Use AI tools to improve project documentation, meeting follow-ups, reporting, planning, analysis, and delivery governance.
• Provide regular, clear, and structured updates to stakeholders and management.
