Since 2007, Extia, an IT consulting company, has been offering a unique approach in its field by combining well-being at work and performance.Our philosophy at Extia is “First who, then what", so let's go for it!🚀First who?Strong leader, you coordinate multidisciplinary teams, create alignment and keep everyone focused on common objectives.Clear communicator, you present technical topics with confidence and adapt your message to different audiences.Can-do attitude, you approach challenges with optimism and focus on finding practical solutions.This position requires on-site presence 3 days per week (Bucharest office). 🚀Then what?We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (Work Package Manager) to join our client, a global company specialized in digital identity, cybersecurity and secure technologies, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex software and security solutions through bids across Europe.Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor engineering activities across multiple bids and projects, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, schedule, workload and quality.Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams contributing to the work package and ensure effective collaboration across sub-systems.Define and maintain the work package scope, requirements and development plan, ensuring requirements remain consistent throughout execution.Contribute to bids/offers by assessing technical solutions, effort, risks, dependencies and delivery constraints.Understand the technical solution and engineering activities well enough to communicate progress, technical challenges and bottlenecks to project stakeholders.Facilitate technical workshops to clarify requirements, scope and dependencies, and challenge proposed solutions when needed.Identify, monitor and mitigate technical risks, issues and dependencies, coordinating related action plans.Track and report on progress, schedule, workload, risks and technical dependencies to Project Managers and relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with Project Managers, technical authorities and verification/validation teams to ensure the integration and successful delivery of the solution.Coordinate technical assessments related to subcontractors and procurement, and monitor associated dependencies.Structure and improve delivery processes, practices and tools, applying relevant project management best practices.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical management, coordination or project management role.Minimum 5 years of previous technical experience, ideally in Software Development or Quality Engineering.Strong technical understanding of software engineering processes and the ability to discuss technical solutions, challenges and bottlenecks with engineering teams.Experience working on bids, offers or presales activities.Experience coordinating technical or multidisciplinary teams.Strong understanding of requirements, scope, dependencies and risk management.Experience facilitating workshops with multiple stakeholders.Knowledge of configuration and change management tools, such as JIRA.Nice to have:Project Management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent).Knowledge of products, security, and standards requirements.Additional certifications in leadership, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or similar areas.🚀 Do you recognize yourself in the "Who" and represent the "What"?
