We are looking for a Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment
• Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at all stages.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to support data-driven decisions
• Represent the company’s culture and values in all hiring activities
• Romanian and English advanced

We can only consider candidates that have EU nationality and live in Romania.
