The primary function of the role is to assist customers by identifying the best solution for their application; offer and sells complete product solutions; provides commercial and technical support to customers; always aim to provide the highest standards of customer service, work with peers including, Outside Sales, Service Engineers, Product Managers, Order Administrators, and Documentation Administrators.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Review the Request for Quote and contact customers (via email and phone), collaborate with outside sales to understand customer requirements and establish sales strategy.
- Liaise with Field Sales and Account Management to prioritize effort, gather competitive intelligence, and agree on product direction and price strategy to improve customer service consistent with account plans that contribute to their ongoing development.
- Size and select the products according to requirements and application.
- Select the appropriate technical documentation, specify a delivery time for the selected products, and proactively follow up on quotes.
- Registration of Customer Interaction and follow-up on the resolution of customer experiences in CRM in order to maintain customer loyalty.
- Verify the purchase order and ensure clean order handover to Order Fulfilment.
- Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of products and applications.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Customer Care Environment.
- English fluency to business standards is essential.

- Demonstrate ability to communicate at both technical and commercial levels to resolve customer issues.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate well across a matrix organization.
