In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Providing customer service to the highest standards, responding to customers’ commercial and technical questions or delegating other types of queries to the right owner within the organization
• Identifying customer needs, understanding medium sophisticated technical requirements, collaborating closely with customers, sales teams, factories and other departments (as needed) and resolving the best solution to be offered
• Sizing and configuring the products according to the technical and commercial requirements such as specifications, application fit, documentation, testing requirements, target lead-time and budget
• Creating a quote in Oracle/ My Emerson assists with technical recommendations and submitting the proposal to customers on time, technically and commercially accurate by offering the best solution
• Selecting the appropriate technical documentation
• Making sure Frame Agreements and Price Agreements are followed and specifying a delivery time for the selected products
• Verifying that purchase orders are in accordance with the technical proposal offer and commercial terms. Resolve any technical-related issues that may occur with the customer

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
• Minimum of 1 year of confirmed experience in engineering or similar technical positions;
• Proficiency in French language;
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

• Relevant knowledge of the process industry;
• Knowledge in Oracle;
