Manpower Romania , is currently looking for a Technical Sales Representative for one of our clients, a top player in the residential and industrial construction market , located in Cluj-Napoca.

We are looking for a person who can combine the energy of sales with the creativity of marketing to support the leasing and promotion of the industrial and commercial spaces in the company's portfolio.

Your responsibilities:

✔ Identify and attract tenants for available spaces

✔ Manage leads and organize property viewings

✔ Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions

✔ Negotiate offers and support the contracting process

✔ Build and maintain long-term client relationships

✔ Promote available spaces through online platforms and social media

✔ Coordinate marketing materials and campaigns

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction / technical sales
• Interest in the industrial and/or retail sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM systems
• English – intermediate/advanced level
• Driving license – category B
