Role responsibilities
To visit existing customer portfolio on agreed frequency basis and make timely decisions on technical matters for all Customers.
To visit potential customers and prepare commercial proposals
To lead projects for new products / product changes.
Liaise, and work with laboratory on product developments / customer projects.
Provide information to US & European and Central Eastern Europe Sales & Technical Service teams on any issues.
Inform Manager of customer problems in a timely manner and provide a weekly update.
Perform Knowledge College (Liquid, Powder) training for CEE and Europe
Advance company’s commercial presence in defined region through the development liquid and powder coatings business
Support profitable growth by training, supporting & motivating the Service Organization.
Develop customer satisfaction with service, response, and problem-solving activities.
Direct involvement with projects, supplying advise, and expertise for plant and equipment design.
Maintain competitive intelligence to support Sales & Marketing.
Advance company’s market position through the development of regional technical service specialists to support and provide immediate response to emergencies.
Ensure that a formal communications network exists between all parties, Equipment Supplier, Labs, and company`s Customers.
Liaise with other company team, improve, and standardize documentation process of crucial information: Secure Launch, line surveys, trip reports, pre-test/ trial reports etc.
Coordinate the introduction of new technologies/formulations from selection through commercialization and understanding of application techniques and processes.
Understand complaint management procedure - provide support in the resolution of complaints and issues and suggest solutions.
Manage complexity; develop business relationships with customers and manage ridged timelines.
Maintain contacts with Equipment Suppliers and keep updated of new developments.
Liaise with sales, laboratories, manufacturing and prospective customers, in terms of products, offers, specifications and environmental regulations.
