About the Role
Evowise is looking for a skilled Technical Specialist who understands the mechanics behind paid traffic channels and can manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across Social, SEM, and broader PPC ecosystems. This role blends technical expertise, hands on execution, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Bing, X, and other PPC networks.
Technical Setup and Tracking
Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure (UTMs, pixels, tag managers, event tracking, conversions) to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
SEM Strategy and Optimization
Manage keyword research, bidding strategies, ad groups, and search intent mapping to drive high quality traffic and improve cost efficiency.
Social Ads Execution
Build and optimize social campaigns across major platforms with a strong focus on audience targeting, creative testing, and funnel performance.
Performance Analysis
Monitor channel performance daily, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
A/B Testing and Experimentation
Run experiments on creatives, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnel steps to identify scalable improvements.
Landing Page Collaboration
Work with product, design, and CRO teams to ensure landing pages align with user intent and meet performance expectations.
Budget Management
Manage daily and monthly budgets, allocate spend efficiently across channels, and forecast performance.
Compliance and Quality Control
Ensure ads meet platform policies, maintain account health, and protect the business from traffic quality issues or irrelevant placements.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner with analytics, content, design, and product teams to align channel execution with broader growth goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience managing paid traffic across Social and SEM/PPC channels
- Strong technical understanding of tracking (Google Tag Manager, pixels, event mapping, UTMs)
- Hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads
- Solid analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance reports
- Experience with keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly
- Experience managing medium to large budgets and optimizing for ROI
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, data driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with APIs, bulk upload tools, or automation scripts
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and attribution models
- Knowledge of landing page testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize alternatives, etc.)
- Experience in affiliate marketing or mixed traffic ecosystems
