Job Description
We are hiring for two distinct levels.
⚡Level 1: Customer Support Specialist
No deep technical background required—we will train you!
Your Role: You will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers. You will handle general inquiries, guide users through basic setup, log incoming tickets, and route complex issues to our L2 team.
What we look for: Fluent German (C1), great communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn about solar technology. Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
🛠️ Level 2: Technical Support Specialist
Requires a strong technical background and analytical mindset.
Your Role: You will handle advanced troubleshooting via phone and email, focusing on solar inverters, monitoring systems, and PV components. You will assist installers with system configuration, analyze error codes, and diagnose hardware/software issues remotely.
What we look for: Fluent German (C1) + good English. Previous experience in technical support (L1/L2) or electrical engineering. Technical knowledge nowledge of photovoltaic systems, inverters, or energy storage is a significant advantage.
