We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our Finance Solutions and Data Services team as an Oracle Fusion Support Engineer.


What you’ll be doing

As an Oracle Fusion Support Engineer, you will provide day-to-day functional support level 1 to end users of the Oracle Fusion (OFusion) application.

Your mission is to help our internal customers use the system efficiently, ensure incident resolution, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.

You will interact with users mainly via phone and ticketing tool - Jira, offering timely assistance, guiding them through the correct procedures, and escalating cases when needed to guarantee service quality.


Main Responsibilities

  • Provide support level 1 via phone and ticketing system for end users of the OFusion application.
  • Train users on how to use the application effectively, and organize information sessions or ad-hoc trainings for advanced users to share updates, new features, and tips & tricks.
  • Communicate with internal customers regarding new functionalities, best practices, and possible incidents in the procurement process.
  • Perform troubleshooting and testing activities to identify and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Create and update documentation related to OFusion functionalities and procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by collecting user feedback and proposing process optimizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and onboarding of new colleagues within the team.
  • Involvement and desire to perform back-office activities: Narval authorizations, Ofusion backup authorizations, etc.


What you need to know / have

  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience with ERP applications (Oracle Fusion experience is a plus).
  • At least 6 months of experience in a procurement, buying, or support-related role.
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking, with attention to detail.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with empathy and adaptability in dealing with different user profiles.
  • Team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with initiative and ownership in solving issues.
  • Genuine interest in learning and a desire for professional growth within the organization.
