The Marine ecosystem relies on complex technical solutions with multiple microservices working together to process, categorize, and utilize information provided by marine chart plotters, fish finders, autopilot systems, radar, marine charts, and other marine electronics. You will mentor engineers, promote best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.As a Team Leader, you will be directing and coordinating software development activities within Garmin Marine Cloud teams. You will directly supervise Java software backend engineers, oversee training and career development for all your team members and address team problems.
