We are looking for a Technology Enablement Manager who will ensure reliable, high‑quality IT services across Romania, while leading the convergence and standardization of Tech Enablement capabilities across Mega Image and Profi, in alignment with regional (EU) direction.

This is a senior operational leadership role, combining strong IT operations ownership with integration and convergence responsibilities in a post‑merger environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end‑to‑end delivery of IT enablement services across Romania (Helpdesk, Incident & Major Incident Management, Workplace/M365, Infrastructure run, Store IT setup) for both Mega Image and Profi
• Lead and coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver services in line with agreed performance, quality and security standards
• Own and govern incident and major incident management, ensuring rapid resolution, effective escalation and minimal business impact
• Monitor service performance using KPIs (SLA, MTTR, incident volume) and drive continuous operational improvement
• Define, implement and continuously improve IT service processes, standards and ways of working, ensuring consistency across all locations
• Lead the convergence of Tech Enablement capabilities across Mega Image and Profi, balancing operational stability with progressive standardization and integration
• Act as a single point of contact for regional (EU) Tech Enablement alignment, ensuring local operations follow agreed frameworks and standards
• Manage vendors, contracts and SLAs, intervening proactively where performance or risk deviates from expectations
• Plan and manage service capacity, anticipating business growth and operational demands.
• Coordinate IT readiness for new store openings, ensuring timely delivery of infrastructure, equipment and services
• Identify and manage operational and infrastructure risks, defining and implementing mitigation actions
• Support automation and standardization initiatives to reduce complexity, improve efficiency and optimize cost‑to‑serve
• Lead, develop and engage teams, ensuring clear objectives, accountability and a strong operational culture

What we are looking for

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to IT operations, service management, infrastructure and/or application management
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex, multi‑vendor environments
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, incident & major incident management, infrastructure and workplace services, vendor & SLA management
• Experience in process improvement, standardization and operational optimization, ideally in complex or post‑merger environments
• Ability to operate confidently in a dual‑stack / dual‑organization context, managing ambiguity and change
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with regional or international teams
• Sound judgment and decision‑making skills, especially in critical or high‑pressure situations
