Maintaining cleanliness in the areas where activities are carried out (boiler room, pool pump area, etc.).
Maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment and pumps.
Maintaining safety in all areas where activities are carried out.
Daily checks (at the beginning of the shift) and troubleshooting of all issues related to:

• Fans and exhaust units
• Local air-conditioning equipment
• Radiators – PC 1 A,B pumps – pressure check
• Hot water circulation and recirculation pumps PC 2 A,B / 202 A,B / 204 A,B / 205 A,B / 206 A,B
• Heat exchangers
• Outdoor pool pumps WP 1H A,B,C
• Jacuzzi pumps WJ 1H A,B / 2H A,B / 3H A,B / 4H A,B / 5H A,B / 6H
• Jacuzzi blowers BP 1 A,B / BP 2 A,B / BP 3 A,B
• Sand filters – Jacuzzi tank
• Sand filters – swimming pool tank
• Reflection pool pumps
• Lobby bar pumps
• Sand filters – reflection pool tank
• Sand filters – lobby bar tank
• AHU 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,15,18,19,20,21,23,39,40,1T,2T
• Primary circulation pumps – Rooms chilled water CWP 15–16

Resolving repair requests from the team leader – engineering supervisor – within an appropriate timeframe.
Issues that cannot be resolved in an appropriate timeframe must be reported to the team leader – engineering supervisor – for further action.
Monthly inspection of all floor drains in the kitchens, terraces, and basement corridors.
