Role Description This full-time hybrid role is based in Timișoara, with the possibility to perform some tasks from home. The Technician Printing with Disabilities will operate and monitor printing equipment, manage print production workflows, and perform basic maintenance and adjustments to ensure high-quality outputs. Daily responsibilities include preparing print jobs, loading materials, checking proofs, and collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and quality standards. The role also involves identifying and reporting technical issues, supporting troubleshooting activities, and following all safety, accessibility, and company procedures. The position is designed to provide an inclusive, supportive environment where the technician can develop skills and contribute to Printopia’s professional services.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with print production processes and printing equipment (Print Production, Printing).
• Experience or familiarity with printer operation, maintenance, and basic customer or internal support (Printer Support, Troubleshooting).
• Understanding of finishing and post-press tasks such as cutting, binding, and assembling printed materials (Bindery).
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and production schedules, and commitment to quality and safety.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment in Timișoara, with flexibility for some tasks from home.
• Openness to learning new technologies and procedures; prior experience in printing or technical roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to collaborate respectfully within a diverse, inclusive team and uphold Printopia’s values of integrity and responsibility.
