We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Telecom Implementation Manager – a key connection between the technical field teams and the project management organization.

🔧 Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the link between technical teams and project management, providing technical expertise, leadership, and excellent communication within Network Rollout projects.

• Acting as the direct operational interface with the customer for assigned project activities.

• Being responsible for the execution of allocated sites, actively participating in their planning, implementation, and completion, in accordance with quality, time, and budget requirements.

• Coordinating audit activities and implementing the necessary corrective actions resulting from these audits.

• Efficiently using tools and tracking processes while ensuring internal and external communication with all stakeholders.

• Ensuring that all deliverables are uploaded and accepted in the company’s databases.

🎓 Requirements for the Position:

• University studies in Telecommunications or a related field.

• Advanced knowledge of:

o mobile network site topologies

o Microsoft Office Suite

o project management

o applications specific to mobile telecommunications networks

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

• Strong analytical abilities and quick reaction in critical situations.

• Stress resistance, customer orientation, and results focus.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Category B driving license.
