We have a fantastic opportunity for a Tender Specialist to join our engaged and dynamic team!

Your role will be essential in:

• Identifying and qualifying tender opportunities that align with our innovative product offerings.
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure all proposals are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Crafting compelling and compliant tenders.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Commercial team, ensuring seamless communication throughout the tender process.
• Staying on top of industry trends and public procurement regulations to keep us ahead of the curve

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management or public procurement.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and procurement processes is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Fluent in English, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree related to business, healthcare, or a relevant field.
