We are looking for a Tendering Engineer – MV/LV Electrical Installations to support the preparation and delivery of technical and commercial offers for industrial, EPC, and energy infrastructure projects, including medium- and low-voltage electrical installations and, where applicable, nuclear sector projects.

The role involves technical design and sizing activities, cost estimation, preparation of tender documentation, and close collaboration with engineering, execution, procurement, and project management teams to deliver safe, compliant, and competitive technical solutions.

About the Role

This role is responsible for developing accurate and competitive techno-economic offers for MV/LV electrical installations, ensuring alignment with client requirements, technical standards, project specifications, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

A. Technical Requirements & Solution Definition

Analyze technical documentation and client requirements

Define technical solutions for industrial MV/LV electrical installations

Interpret safety, quality, and compliance requirements, including nuclear sector standards where applicable

B. Electrical Design & Technical Sizing

Prepare single-line and multi-line electrical schematics for MV/LV systems

Perform sizing calculations for cables, electrical equipment, and protection systems

Conduct load flow and short-circuit analyses

Prepare technical documentation, including technical reports, equipment lists, and technical specifications

C. Techno-Commercial Tendering

Prepare technical and commercial offers for MV/LV electrical installations

Estimate quantities, costs, and required resources (BoQ, cost estimates)

Perform technical and commercial comparisons of proposed solutions

Support technical clarifications and negotiations with clients

D. Supplier & Internal Team Coordination

Collaborate with suppliers for equipment selection, including switchboards, transformers, and MV switchgear

Obtain quotations for equipment and services from suppliers and subcontractors

Work closely with engineering, execution, automation, construction, and project management teams

E. Compliance, Risk Management & Implementation Support

Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations (IEC, IEEE, nuclear-specific standards)

Identify technical risks and propose mitigation measures

Participate in implementation phases in coordination with execution and project management teams

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering (preferably Power Engineering / Electrical Engineering)

Valid ANRE certification Grade II or III, Class A/B (mandatory)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tendering, design, and/or execution of industrial electrical installations

Experience with medium- and low-voltage electrical systems

Experience in industrial, EPC, or energy efficiency projects

Experience in nuclear sector projects is considered an advantage

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MV/LV electrical installations and electrical schematics

Experience with electrical network sizing and load/short-circuit analysis

Knowledge of IEC standards and electrical compliance requirements

MS Office proficiency; AutoCAD / EPLAN is an advantage

English – intermediate / advanced level
