About the Role:

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in testing life-insurance applications and SAP-related environments. The role involves preparation and execution of test cases, test automation, data handling, and collaboration within agile teams.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• Preparation, description, and execution of test cases for life insurance processes.
• Experience with agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban and lean methods.
• Detailed knowledge of the test life cycle and the different test types and their application.
• Experience in test planning and execution as well as in data management.
• IT technical background and experience with mainframes, SAP, and Life Factory.
• Experience in test automation with Selenium and Tosca.
• Experience in development with Java.

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of the insurance sector, especially life insurance.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (BP, FSCD).
• Knowledge of tools and technologies such as SQL, SOAPUI, JMeter, MQ, IWS, and Insomnia.
• Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira and ALM.
• Fluent English language skills are mandatory; German language skills (spoken and written) are desirable.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• A solution-oriented, dedicated working style combined with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrated in general conversations and written documents.
